She said the legislation is intended to parallel the legalization of recreational marijuana in the state.<\/p>\n<p>There are some exceptions.<\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Those trying to become firefighters or EMT&#8217;s cannot test positive.
