Forever in our hearts, Kythe Kameron Yund, 21, of Joshua Tree, Calif., passed away June 17, 2011.<\/p>\n

He was born June 18, 1989, in Alamosa, Colo., and attended Castle Rock High School, Running Start at Lower Columbia College and Trinidad State Junior College in Alamosa, Colo.<\/p>\n

Kythe enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2008 and was currently serving in California. Kythe had a beautiful, caring and gentle soul, but he was also a comical trickster. He loved music and was the lead singer in the band Jump Doug Jump. He was the life of the party. Kythe was independent, brave, loyal, gifted and innovative, a self-proclaimed “Jedi.”<\/p>\n

He married Stephanie Martin in 2008. She survives him. Also surviving are a daughter, Kyndel Yund; two brothers, Korryth Yund and Kaleb Yund; two sisters, Brooke Fernandez and Kyrrea Yund; his parents, Khembar and Jeanetta Yund; and his grandparents, Nevada Yund, and John and Gerrie Del Tondo.<\/p>\n

Kythe was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Yund.<\/p>\n
