Tim Casey, 57

Timothy O’Hara Casey was born November 1, 1957 in Pueblo, CO to Clyde and Mildred Casey but passed on July 31, 2015 in Colorado Springs.
Timothy was an active, contributing member of the Colorado Springs community (such as SEEDS Café and the Pikes Peak Auto Hill Climb). He served as a firefighter/paramedic for more than thirty years – first with the Broadmoor Fire Rescue and then with the Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD). He served as Lecturer at UCCS in the Visual and Performing Arts Department Film Studies Program and as a mentor to film students since 2006. He was also a screenwriter, published author, comedian and storyteller.
Survived by his mother Mildred, in Roswell, NM, his older sister, Terry, and brother, Shawn, both of Colorado Springs. Three children, Asa, Keegan and Delaney; his niece, Heather, and his nephew Sean. He was engaged to marry Theresa Sonja Evans.
