Army Staff Sergeant Claude Cooper Davis Jr. (CJ) passed away on September 29, 2017 in Springfield, Missouri.

CJ was born in Fountain Valley California on December 18, 1982. He attended Willard High School, Ozarks Technical Community College and Drury University. While serving in the U.S. Army for 10 plus years, he attained the rank of Staff Sergeant working in Psychological OPS.

He is survived by his mother, Donna Davis and his son, Cooper Reign Bosch Davis, Cooper’s mother, Renee Bosch. He is also survived by his grandmother Betty Davis and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Claude was preceded in death by his father, Claude Cooper Davis, Sr., his grandparents Helen and Tom and his cousin and Marine Cpl. Kindall Johnson. Claude enjoyed music, astronomy, nature, tattoos and movies.

SSG Claude Cooper Davis Jr lost his battle with PTS on September 29, 2017. He was 34 years old.
