Michael ‘Mikey” Thrower, 25 – LCpl Janos V Lutz Live To Tell Foundation

Marine Michael “Mikey” Thrower of Armada, Michigan, beloved husband, son, brother, grandson, hero, and friend.

Mikey joined the United States Marine Corps in 2009 and served as a combat engineer with the 3rd Combat Engineer Battalion, Alpha Company. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2011-2012 in support of the Global War on Terror.

Those left to cherish his memory, his wife, Spencer; parents Michael and Peggy; siblings, Joshua (Caroline) and Meagan (Michael) Guertin; and grandmother, Sandra Jane Anthony. He is predeceased by grandparents; Thomas Anthony, and Earl (Joyce) Thrower.

Michael “Mikey” Thrower lost his battle with PTS on March 5, 2017. He was 25 years old.
