Brandon W Bryan, 28

Marine Corporal Brandon W Bryan, of Wellston, Ohio, beloved husband, father, son, brother, hero and friend.

He was born December 5, 1986 in Gallipolis, Ohio. Brandon was a 2005 graduate of Wellston High School. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having received an honorable discharge as a Corporal. Brandon served 4 years in the Marines, which included a tour of duty in Iraq. He was a member of the American Motorcycle Association and enjoyed motocross racing and spending time with his little boys.

Brandon is survived by his mother, Marsha Lynn Gee Bryan of Wellston; father and step-mother, Ira William “Buddy” and Ann Marie Bryan of Byer; wife, Kahla L. Chaney Bryan; sons, Dakota William Bryan and Bentley Dawson Bryan; sister, Brittany Bryan of Wellston; step-brothers, T.J. Hafer (Heather) of Wellston and John Starr (Jade) of Wellston; step-sister, Christina Miller (Walter) of Jackson; grandparents, Patty Gee of Wellston and Ira “Bill” and Wanda Bryan of Byer; mother-in-law, Crestlyn Chaney of Albany; good friend, Kirt Ward of Wellston, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul Myron Gee; cousin, Nichole Gee; and special friend, Tacey Christman.

Cpl Brandon W Bryan lost his battle with PTS on August 21, 2015. He was 28 years old.
