PFC Matthew Forstrom served two years in the US Army, and served in Afghanistan. Medals and Awards National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism . Overseas Ribbon, and Army Service Ribbon. PFC Forstrom was Electrical Avionics System Repairer on AH-64 Apache Helicopters.

PFC Matthew Forstrom lost his battle with PTS on December 4, 2017. He was 24 years old.
