Robert Edward Tolliver, 40

Army Sergeant Robert Edward Tolliver, born June 5, 1973, in Portsmouth, Ohio. Beloved eldest son of Willis and Agnes Heath Tolliver of Wurtland.

Robert was a sergeant in the U.S. Army, 92nd Engineering Company, serving two tours of duty in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan. He received several meritorious honors. Upon honorable discharge from the Army and coping with PTSD, he began working with his dad and brother in the family-owned excavating company. He enjoyed working outdoors, hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle.

Robert, formerly of Greenup and Waverly, Ohio, relocated to the St. Cloud area to continue his education and pursue a career as a motorcycle mechanic.

He is also survived by his wife, Jeanette M. Ogello Tolliver of St. Cloud; a daughter, Megan Nichole Tolliver of Georgetown; three sisters, Sheila (Gary) Adkins of South Shore, Rebecca (Allen) Bailey of Champlin, Minn., and Dorothy Girvin of Waverly; two brothers, Eric (Robin) Tolliver of Gonzales, La., and Calvin (Regina) Tolliver of Chillicothe, Ohio; two stepsons; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

SGT Robert Edward Tolliver lost his battle with PTS, June 1, 2014, in St Cloud, Florida. He was 40 years old.
