Christopher Couitcher, 32

US Marine Sergeant Chris “Cooch” Couitcher, born October of 1982, in Saginaw, Michigan. Beloved son of Jodee Fila Couitcher and Christopher R. Couitcher Sr; beloved brother of Cortney Couitcher.

Chris graduated from Birch Run High School in 2001 and was employed as a certified welder. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his dogs, Hunter and Oakley. Most of all, he loved being with family and friends.

Chris served in the United States Marine Corps for two tours of duty where he received the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Certificate of Appreciation, Nato Medal Isaf Afghanistan and the Rifle Expert Shooting Badge.

Christopher Couitcher lost his battle with PTS, October 18, 2014. He was 32 years old.
