Quinton Ramsey Picone, 27

Army Specialist Quinton Ramsey Picone of McAlester, Oklahoma.

Quinton was born in Jacksonville, Florida on July 29, 1989, a son of Sherry Lynn (Scott) and Vincent Ray Picone, of McAlester.
He was employed as an Administrative Assistant at the Army Ammunition Plant, of McAlester, Oklahoma.
Quinton was of the Baptist faith. He served in the U.S. Army. Quinton was injured in Afghanistan in 2012 by an IED while on a dismounted patrol with the 10th Mountain Division.

Quinton is survived by:
Father and Mother: Vincent & Sherry Picone, of McAlester, Oklahoma.
Sisters: Judy Kay Picone, of Durant, Oklahoma; Alexandra Lenora Picone, of McAlester, Oklahoma; Alisha Marie Picone, of Beaufort, South Carolina.
Paternal Grandparents: Alexander & Judy Kay Picone, of Kansas City, Missouri.
Maternal Grandparents: Wayne & Nora Scott, of Panola, Oklahoma.
Fiancee: Samantha Klosterman, of Tybee Island, Georgia.
Nephew: Jordan Ramsey Picone, of Durant, Oklahoma.
Niece: Hadley Ann Allar, of Beaufort, South Carolina.
Several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
He is also survived by his devoted companions: Ollie Picone and Murphy Picone.

SPC Quinton Ramsey Picone lost his battle with PTS on May 30, 2017. He was 27 years old.
